We’re recruiting for two Senior Technical Project Managers to join a large enterprise retail technology environment.

🔹 Role 1: Senior Project Manager with strong Workforce Management experience
🔹 Role 2: Senior Project Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience

Both roles require experienced Project Managers who can lead complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through to implementation and operational handover.

You’ll need strong experience in:
🔹 End-to-end technology project delivery
🔹 Managing multiple technical workstreams and dependencies
🔹 Software, integration, data and enterprise technology delivery
🔹 Testing, deployment, cutover and hypercare
🔹 Risk, governance and change control
🔹 Budget and vendor management
🔹 Executive stakeholder and Steering Committee engagement
🔹 Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments

🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 6+ years’ senior technology project management experience
✔️ Relevant IT / Information Systems / Computer Science qualification
✔️ Formal Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
✔️ Strong enterprise technology delivery experience
✔️ Retail or FMCG experience would be highly advantageous
✔️ Strong Workforce Management OR SAP SuccessFactors project experience

💡 The key question: Can you successfully lead a complex Workforce Management or SAP SuccessFactors implementation, manage multiple business and technical workstreams, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive the project through to successful delivery?
