💼 Position: Full-time | On-site

Our client, a leading Architectural Practice, is looking for a qualified and registered Architectural Technologist to join their team.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Prepare concept, sketch, and technical drawings for various projects
✔️ Complete council drawings and Local Authority submissions
✔️ Assist with project documentation, tender documentation, and contract administration
✔️ Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
✔️ Attend site inspections, technical meetings, and provide project feedback
✔️ Conduct surveys, site visits, and service coordination where required
✔️ Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation
✔️ Ensure technical detailing complies with SANS 10400 standards

Requirements:
✔️ National Senior Certificate
✔️ Qualified and SACAP-registered Architectural Technologist
✔️ 2–5 years' experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and residential development projects
✔️ Proficient in CADDIE, AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, and Microsoft Office
✔️ Excellent technical detailing skills
✔️ Strong understanding of SANS 10400 and building regulations
✔️ SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and JBCC/PROCSA knowledge advantageous
✔️ Valid driver's licence
