Are you an experienced B2B salesperson who is confident on the phone and knows how to turn conversations into new business?

We are recruiting a commercially driven Sales Representative for a full-time remote position. Applicants must be based in South Africa and available to work UK business hours.
The successful candidate will manage inbound enquiries, conduct outbound prospecting and sell digital marketing and related B2B services.

Key responsibilities:
• Make at least 60 outbound calls per working day
• Contact both warm and cold leads
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
• Present suitable services clearly and confidently
• Build rapport and handle customer objections
• Follow up consistently and close new business
• Maintain accurate pipeline records within a CRM
• Communicate with prospects by telephone, email and video call

What we are looking for:
• At least three years of successful B2B sales experience
• Experience selling digital marketing or similar business services
• A strong background in outbound calling and closing sales
• Clear and professional spoken and written English
• Excellent customer service, organisation and follow-up skills
• Confidence working toward daily and monthly performance targets
• The resilience and self-discipline required for remote work
• A reliable internet connection and professional home-working environment
Experience using Zoho CRM would be beneficial.

Role details:
📍 Remote – South Africa
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time
💼 Full-time
📞 Daily target: At least 60 outbound calls
🎯 Monthly target: Eight closed deals
📅 Expected start: Within two to three weeks

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven B2B sales experience, strong closing ability and the confidence to ask for the business.
