Client Service Consultant in Underwriting Department – Short-Term Insurance 
📍Moreleta Park, Pretoria
The successful candidate will serve as an intermediary between the company, insurers, and clients, providing services by administering short-term insurance policies, processing policy amendments and renewals, obtaining quotations, and providing exceptional client service while adhering to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) requirements) FAIS Act, and POPIA Act,
 Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
-NQF4 Short-term Insurance Qualification, including RE5
-Must have a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in the short-term industry -with Personal & Commercial Lines;
- Must be computer literate – MS Office:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (not negotiable)
- Knowledge and experience with the TIAL and Cardinal System will be beneficiary
Skill Requirement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Understanding and interpreting the different insurance policies wording
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- Attention to detail
- Display a sense of urgency
- Excellent customer service orientation
