Are you an experienced Collections Agent with strong negotiation skills and a passion for helping clients find sustainable solutions?
We are looking for a client-focused and solutions-driven Collections Agent to assist clients experiencing financial difficulty and account arrears.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage clients regarding overdue accounts and arrears
• Negotiate payment, rehabilitation, restructuring and settlement solutions
• Resolve collections and account-related queries
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Achieve collections, quality, productivity and service-level targets
• Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA) and company policies
• Engage with business owners and authorised representatives where required

🔹 REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
• 2–3 years’ experience in collections, recoveries, contact centre, banking, credit or financial services
• Experience with arrears, debt management or payment arrangements
• Knowledge of the NCA and responsible collections practices
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate – MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Business banking collections experience advantageous
