You’ll work with customers who have already submitted moving requests, guiding them, answering questions, and helping them confidently choose the right service provider.

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with real customers (no cold calling)
• Assist clients during what can often be a stressful time
• Help customers choose the best quotes and close bookings
• Keep communication clear, calm, and professional
• Follow up on active quotes to improve conversion
