📍 Cape Town | Tumaini Consulting | R840K - R1.2M (depending on experience)

Requirements:
- 8+ years Contracts Management experience
- Professional Construction Manager or close to professional registration with SACPCMP
- Contract administration & commercial management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:
- BTech / BSc / BEng / National Diploma or equivalent built-environment qualification
