Your mission at Algofy: You will help shape and execute high-performing ad creatives across channels like Meta and Google. From idea to execution, you’ll turn insights into compelling concepts and bring them to life through copy and design—working closely with the paid media team to continuously improve performance.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the paid media team to conceptualize and iterate on ad creatives, primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with exposure to Google Ads
- Lead creative strategy: messaging angles, hooks, and concepts based on performance insights
- Translate ideas into clear, compelling copy and visual executions
- Create and iterate on ad creatives using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite
- Support creative testing and optimization, learning what works and why
- Conduct lightweight research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform ideas
- Work with internal teams (and occasionally clients) to align on direction and feedback
- Leverage AI tools within daily workflows to enhance efficiency and elevate creative output
- Develop and present creative reports, translating strategy, data, and insights into clear recommendations for client calls
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or ad creative production
- Strength in at least one area (copywriting or creative thinking) with working knowledge of design tools
- Ability to connect creative ideas to performance goals
- Familiarity with Meta Ads (and ideally Google Ads) from a creative perspective
- Comfortable creating assets in tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite (not necessarily a senior designer level)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
- High level of English (C2 proficiency)
- A portfolio showcasing your work across ad creatives, copy, or campaigns is required.
