🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong full-stack and enterprise software engineering expertise. The candidate should be capable of delivering secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
Work across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, databases, and integrations.
Design scalable architectures and distributed systems.
Develop modern cross-platform/mobile applications.
Ensure security, performance, reliability, scalability, and code quality.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability.
Review code and architecture and manage technical debt.
Use and evaluate AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent.
Improve engineering practices, workflows, and reusable solutions.
Collaborate with teams and mentor engineers.

🔹 Required Skills
8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development experience.
Expertise in software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud, and data.
Strong knowledge of SOLID, design patterns, secure development, performance engineering, TDD, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
Cross-platform mobile development experience.
React Native and/or Flutter strongly preferred.
.NET MAUI, Swift, Kotlin, or Ionic is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and technologies.

🔹 Nice to Have
Banking/financial services experience.
Experience with Figma, enterprise design systems, and reusable UI components.
Agile/product-led or large-scale transformation experience.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and establishing engineering standards.
