This is a unique role for someone who thrives where precision meets creativity - a strategic right hand to our lead Designer(s), ensuring every journey is accurately built, beautifully presented, and operationally ready for seamless execution. You’ll hold support ownership of our trip documentation, facilitate design collaboration, and provide flexible cross-functional support across the business.

What You’ll DoStrategic Support & Trip Build
· Provide high-level support to a Lead Designer(s) in trip design, building Trip Planners that capture full trip details.
· Produce accurate Trip Quotes, follow-on Invoices, and Booking Terms & Conditions ensuring rate accuracy, correct inclusions/exclusions, and brand-aligned formatting.
· Build baseline Digital Itineraries in Safari Portal with clear visual polish, high-level logistics, accommodation details, and inclusions.
· Assist with regional commercial air, identifying required segments and ensuring tickets are purchased timeously.
· Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the design workflow running smoothly.
Operational Readiness & Quality Control
· Conduct trip readiness checks on all confirmed journeys, verifying secured arrangements, complete documentation, and alignment with TAA’s brand and standards.
· Flag potential risks or gaps early and support resolution before trip execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Provide flexible support to team members as workload permits, adapting to evolving business needs.
· Coordinate on trip-specific logistics, timing adjustments, and supplier communications.
· Engage proactively in broader team initiatives with a solutions-oriented mindset.
What Success Looks Like
· Quotes, invoices, and itineraries are error-free, visually polished, and logistically sound.
· Confirmed trips pass readiness checks with minimal last-minute issues and smooth handoffs.
· The Lead Designer(s)’ workflow is visibly streamlined and enhanced by your support.
· You’re known as a curious, well-informed resource who contributes fresh insights.
