✅ Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying

✅ Minimum of 5 years' estimating experience in the civil engineering industry

✅ Strong understanding of earthworks, roads, stormwater, concrete works, and municipal infrastructure

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software

✅ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
