📍 Johannesburg or Cape Town | 💰 R40,000 per month

Are you a creative content professional who knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-impact short-form content?

We’re looking for an Executive Producer of Content to take ownership of content strategy, creation and curation across exciting digital screen environments.

🎯 THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for:
• Developing and owning the editorial vision and content strategy
• Creating, curating and commissioning engaging short-form content
• Building and refining content schedules and programming
• Developing new content formats and staying ahead of trends
• Managing content partners, creators and external suppliers
• Maintaining content quality, brand and editorial standards
• Managing a well-organised, rights-cleared content library
• Understanding how content needs to change depending on the audience and environment
• Ensuring content is correctly produced and formatted for different screen sizes and formats
• Contributing to innovative content initiatives and creator platforms

👀 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
✅ Proven experience producing, curating or commissioning short-form content
✅ Strong editorial judgement and a portfolio that demonstrates your work
✅ Experience leading a small team and/or managing external creators and partners
✅ A strong understanding of content production and technical specifications
✅ A genuine passion for emerging content formats and digital media
✅ The ability to understand audiences and create content that captures attention

⭐ NICE TO HAVE:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
• Anamorphic 3D / forced-perspective content experience
• User-generated content campaigns and moderation
• DOOH / digital signage or CMS experience
• Motion graphics, sound design or photography skills
• Experience with programmatic DOOH
