You will lead the finance function across reporting, planning, controls, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly management accounts, statutory reporting, and year-end processes
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management
• Ensure strong internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with business leaders on profitability, pricing, and strategic initiatives
• Analyse business performance and provide commercial insights to leadership
• Manage audits, tax processes, and stakeholder reporting
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
Identify efficiencies, automation opportunities, and process improvements
• Support executive decision-making through robust financial analysis
Requirements
• CA(SA) qualification
• 5+ years post articles
• Insurance industry experience
