Our client is a well-established property company managing multiple business entities and operations, with a strong focus on financial governance, compliance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual financial statements for multiple entities to external audit standard
• Perform monthly accounting, reconciliations, management accounts and supporting schedules
• Assist with VAT, income tax, provisional tax and related reconciliations

This role is ideal for a technically strong Financial Accountant with multi-entity accounting experience, excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage financial reporting accurately within a dynamic property environment.
