Are you an experienced Claims leader ready to take the lead on strategy, operations, governance and insurer relationships?
We are looking for a Head of Claims to lead an end-to-end claims function and drive service excellence, operational performance, compliance and continuous improvement.

Binder & SLA adherence
Governance, risk & compliance
Complaints & escalations
Fraud management & claims controls
Audit oversight & corrective actions
Process optimisation & automation
Claims performance, reporting & analytics

🎯 What You’ll Need:
✅ Bachelor’s degree
✅ RE1 & RE5 / FAIS compliant
✅ KI experience / ability to be appointed as a Key Individual
✅ 10+ years’ experience
✅ Proven senior management experience
✅ Strong Claims management background
✅ Experience within an outsourced / binder environment
✅ Strong understanding of the South African insurance market
✅ Insurance systems & workflow experience
✅ Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Binder Holder or UMA experience will be advantageous.
