🚨 URGENT HIRE | HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTITIONER
We are looking for an experienced HR Practitioner to join a leading aerospace and engineering organisation.

✅ Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration
✅ 2–3 years’ HR Generalist experience
✅ Experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management
✅ Payroll administration experience
✅ Experience with salary surveys and remuneration benchmarking
✅ Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation – BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA & MEIBC
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Strong HR reporting, administration and record-keeping skills
✅ Experience in manufacturing, aviation or engineering advantageous
✅ Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
