Gather, organize, and manage information from various sources such as databases, websites, reports, and internal systems
Create detailed reports or summaries based on the information and research findings, ensuring that they are clear and useful for stakeholders
Oversee and maintain information systems, including updating records, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are optimized for user needs
Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping practices are followed, and archive documents or data when necessary
You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months. You will be in the Cape Town office for at least 3 days a week.
You should have
Bachelor’s degree Information Science, Data Management, Library Science, Business, IT, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience in MS Office Suite, Power BI Academic Record CV and Cover Letter
A valid South African Identity Document
