Itonga Resourcing is currently recruiting for an Intermediate IT Business Analyst to join an exciting FMCG / Manufacturing / Supply Chain environment.
We’re looking for a strong Business Analyst with 3–6 years’ experience who can bridge the gap between business and technology, drive requirements gathering, analyse and improve business processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.

✅ Business & Functional Requirements
✅ BRDs, Functional Specifications & User Stories
✅ As-Is / To-Be Process Mapping
✅ Stakeholder Workshops & Engagement
✅ UAT & Solution Implementation
✅ Data Analysis & Power BI
⭐ SAP ERP highly advantageous
⭐ FMCG / Manufacturing / Retail / Supply Chain experience advantageous
🎯 Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
