Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness and experience in construction cost management? This could be your next career move!

Minimum Requirements:
- BSc or BTech Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 5–10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Construction Computer Software (CCS).
- Good understanding of the responsibilities of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- South African citizenship.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tender preparation, estimating, quantity take-offs and bills of quantities.
- Review construction drawings, specifications and contractual documentation.
- Support cost control, budgeting, forecasting and monthly cost reporting.
- Assist with valuations, interim payment certificates, reconciliations and final accounts.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier costs and performance.
- Maintain accurate site records and document control.
- Support construction teams in achieving project budgets and commercial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and project requirements.
