Quadrant Systems is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst for an exciting opportunity within the financial services sector.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within financial services.
Knowledge of Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming (OOD/OOP).Knowledge of SQL and Database Design.
Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST.
Strong troubleshooting, incident investigation, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of web application development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
