Our client in the Legal Services industry is looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Technician to join their team in Cape Town.

💻 Key Responsibilities
Provide IT user support across all levels.
Hardware and software troubleshooting and support.
Microsoft Office 365 product suite support and administration.
SharePoint Online support and administration.
Microsoft Cloud Services support.
Windows environment support.
Mobile device support.
Active Directory administration.
File server administration.
Basic networking support.
Diagnose and resolve Level 1–3 technical issues.
Research and implement appropriate technical solutions.
Identify and escalate priority issues when required.
Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve persistent and complex problems.
Identify recurring issues and assist with resolving them at source.
Provide professional and effective support to all staff.
Communicate technical information clearly to users.
Follow up on outstanding technical issues and user requests.
Stay up to date with systems, technologies, changes and updates.
Provide support outside normal office hours and weekends when required.
🎯 Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
IT Degree
Minimum 3 years' IT Support experience
Experience within a corporate or professional services environment is essential.
Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
SharePoint Online experience.
Microsoft Cloud Services experience.
Windows and Active Directory administration.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong customer/client service and relationship management skills.
Proactive, results-driven and solutions-oriented.
Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to troubleshoot difficult or time-sensitive issues.
Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with evolving technologies.
