Are you a Graduate or Junior Developer looking to kick-start your career in software development while gaining valuable exposure to Business Analysis? We are looking for a technically strong, motivated and eager-to-learn individual who wants to grow into a Software Developer while gaining exposure to both business and technology.

💻 Key Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
Create user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows
Engage with stakeholders, developers and testers
Assist with data analysis and investigation
Participate in technical and solution discussions
Take on development tasks and bug fixes under guidance
Progressively grow into a stronger development role

🔧 Required Technical Exposure:
Java or another object-oriented programming language
SQL
REST APIs / APIs
Git / Source Control
Databases
JSON
SDLC
Debugging and problem-solving

🤖 Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.

🎓 Relevant qualifications:
Computer Science | Information Technology | Information Systems | Software Development | Informatics | Computer Engineering or a related technology field.
