Junior Paid Media Specialist

We're hiring a Junior Paid Media Specialist 🚀

We're looking for a curious, team-oriented Junior Paid Media Specialist with at least a year of experience to join Barrk in Cape Town (hybrid). If you love the numbers side of advertising and want to grow with a lekker team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do
✔ Help set up, manage and optimise ads on Google and Meta, with exposure to LinkedIn, X and TikTok.
✔ Help set up tracking in GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform pixels.
✔ Prepare creative briefs and ad copy, then help test what works.
✔ Share ideas for website and landing page improvements.
✔ Pull together data for monthly performance reports.

We're looking for someone with:
✔ A team-first attitude and a warm, collaborative way of working.
✔ A real eagerness to learn and grow.
✔ At least 1 year of experience running Google or Meta Ads.
✔ A degree or diploma in marketing, business, commerce or related.
✔ Confidence with numbers, Excel and Google Sheets.
