✨ Requirements:
✅ National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
✅ Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
✅ Minimum 2 years of office and system administration experience
✅ Previous laboratory experience will be advantageous
✅ Knowledge of ISO 22000 will be advantageous
✅ Strong computer skills, including:
💻 MS Excel
💻 MS Word
💻 MS Outlook
💻 SharePoint

✔️ Quality Control and Assurance Processes
✔️ Product Testing, Sampling, and Analysis
✔️ Food Safety Protocols and Systems
✔️ ISO 22000, HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP

💼 Key Responsibilities:
📝 Manage documentation control and laboratory systems
🧪 Coordinate product and sample testing processes
📊 Ensure all laboratory results are accurately documented and maintained
🔧 Monitor calibration of testing and measuring equipment
📦 Manage returned stock and reworks processes
🐜 Coordinate in-house pest control activities
⚖️ Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and operational procedures
👥 Supervise and support team members
🧹 Maintain laboratory cleanliness and health and safety standards
📈 Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
