Maintenance Assistant

Job Overview: To provide support to a maintenance team, including assisting with maintenance tasks, conducting routine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting minor repairs to the structure and responding to requests from clients.

• Support Daily Operations - report and assist resolve breakdowns.
• 5S - Housekeeping storeroom.
• Safety Compliance - Make plant safer operators.
• Preventative maintenance - Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Inventory Management - Stock Taking.
• Communication - Effectively communicate with internal customers to address maintenance issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience and Matric Qualification.
• Plant Maintenance skills.
• Mechanical Component/Parts/Engineering knowledge.
• Good administrative skills will be advantageous.
• Able to work shifts (flexible).
