Maintenance Supervisor

Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor | JHB South

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities, machine optimisation and infrastructure improvements within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of CAPEX projects to enhance infrastructure and operational capability
• Achieve and maintain an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) target of 90% or higher

This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with strong CNC, machine optimisation, maintenance and production support experience, combined with a proven ability to drive equipment efficiency and continuous improvement.
