Johannesburg North
R2.2 million- R2.5 million total CTC per annum

An executive leadership opportunity for an accomplished print-industry leader.

Our client seeks a commercially astute Managing Director to lead business strategy, drive profitable growth and strengthen operational performance.

We are looking for a senior executive with the industry credibility, leadership experience and strategic judgement to lead an established business into its next phase of growth.

You will take ownership of:
▪️ Business strategy, growth and overall performance.
▪️ Profitability, budgets and commercial decision-making.
▪️ Leading and developing the senior management team.
▪️ Operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
▪️ Key customer, supplier and industry relationships.
▪️ Executive-level reporting, performance reviews and strategic recommendations.

Essential requirements:
✔️ Substantial print-industry experience / office automation industry
✔️ Proven success as an MD, CEO, General Manager, Divisional Director or comparable senior executive.
✔️ Excellent leadership experience, including leading senior managers and multidisciplinary teams.
✔️ Previous experience reporting to an Executive Committee (Exco).
✔️ A strong track record of delivering profitable growth and managing business performance.
✔️ Strong commercial judgement and financial literacy.
✔️ Must currently be based in Johannesburg, with the role situated in Johannesburg North

Financial experience or a qualification in finance or accounting is an advantage.
