Are you a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven leader who knows how to make restaurant operations run smoothly, efficiently and profitably?
We’re looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across a group of pizza restaurants in Johannesburg. 🍕👨‍💼

💼 WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
✅ Overseeing overall restaurant operations
✅ Leading, developing & motivating high-performing teams
✅ Driving sales, profitability & productivity
✅ Managing budgets, P&L, food & labour costs
✅ Stock control, inventory & supplier management
✅ Maintaining exceptional food quality & service standards
✅ Ensuring customer satisfaction & protecting brand reputation
✅ Health, safety, hygiene & operational compliance
✅ Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement & business growth

⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
🔹 3–5 years’ experience in Operations Management or senior restaurant management
🔹 Strong restaurant / QSR / hospitality / food-service background
🔹 Proven leadership and people-management experience
🔹 Strong commercial & financial understanding
🔹 Experience with budgets, P&L, food costs & labour costs
🔹 Excellent stock-control and inventory knowledge
🔹 Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
🔹 A confident, proactive and accountable leadership style
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Based in Johannesburg
🚗 Valid driver’s licence & reliable transport advantageous
