Outbound Sales Representative

Setfiks (Pty) Ltd is continuously recruiting Sales Representatives across South Africa to drive new business and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.

This is a commission-only, field-based sales role focused on selling vehicle tracking and fleet solutions to private vehicle owners and businesses. Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, conducting cold calls and face-to-face prospecting, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, handling objections, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

The successful candidate will work independently, manage their own sales activities and prospect pipeline, and build strong customer relationships while working towards individual sales targets.

Setfiks provides product training, sales training, marketing material, sales support, and assistance with quotations and applications to help representatives develop their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and business development experience is advantageous.
• Experience with prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and customer acquisition is advantageous.
• Must be comfortable approaching private customers and businesses to generate new sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Own laptop.
• Valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• Own vehicle is advantageous.
• Previous B2B or field sales experience is beneficial.
• Young or inexperienced candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
