Are you experienced in project portfolio management, governance, reporting and financial oversight? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to effective project delivery, governance assurance and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Monitor project portfolios, delivery progress, budgets, risks and governance compliance.
✅Maintain accurate project data, governance records and reporting dashboards.
✅Prepare and validate project, portfolio and executive management reports.
✅Track financial performance, project benefits and delivery exceptions.
✅Support audit readiness, governance assurance and compliance requirements.
✅ data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
✅Collaborate with project managers, finance teams and business stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
✅Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Management, Commerce, Information Management, IT or a related field.
✅Knowledge of PMO governance, project lifecycle management, financial tracking and portfolio reporting.
✅Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.
✅Experience with project management tools such as Planview AdaptiveWork will be beneficial.
✅Excellent analytical, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
