Are you passionate about chemical manufacturing, process optimisation, and leading a team? We're looking for a motivated Production Coordinator to join our growing operation in Germiston, Gauteng.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chemical Engineer, Chemist, or Process Engineer who enjoys working in a hands-on industrial environment and wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and innovative company.
What we're looking for:
✔ Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or related field
✔ Approximately 3 years' production experience in an industrial environment
✔ Chemical industry experience will be an advantage
✔ Leadership experience managing a small team (1–5 people)
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
✔ Medically fit to work with chemicals in an industrial setting
