Project Coordinator

Eyrie Property Group is growing, and as our portfolio of commercial, industrial and development projects expands, we’re looking for an exceptional person to join our Cape Town team.

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Commercial & Project Coordinator to take ownership of the commercial and coordination side of our projects — from client brief and costing through procurement, cost control, invoicing and close-out.

Working closely with our Director and Project Manager, you’ll help ensure our projects are accurately scoped, commercially controlled and professionally delivered.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Client and site meetings

• Scoping and costing construction works

• Preparing quotations and project budgets

• Comparing subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Procurement and purchase orders

• Project cost tracking and forecasting

• Variation management

• Progress invoicing and commercial administration

• Coordinating procurement with project programmes

• Maintaining project and commercial documentation

• Supporting projects through to final account
