Job Description

As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the organisation’s project governance, delivery frameworks and operational structure across a diverse portfolio of programmes and initiatives. Working closely with project managers, stakeholders and leadership teams, you will drive consistency in project standards, enhance reporting accuracy and enable effective prioritisation to ensure strategic objectives are delivered efficiently.


This role combines coordination, process optimisation and data-driven insight, ensuring project information is reliable, timelines are effectively managed and governance practices are consistently applied. You will contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes while supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives across a fast-paced, global business environment.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the governance and delivery framework for projects and programmes across the organisation, helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will maintain and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked and aligned to strategic objectives.


You will be responsible for producing and managing regular reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and KPIs, providing clear visibility of project performance. This includes tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across programmes, and ensuring that project documentation is maintained in line with established PMO standards.


What you’ll bring:

To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and PMO frameworks, with the ability to apply best practices across project lifecycles
  • Excellent organisational and analytical capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes
  • Experience supporting project delivery within a PMO or project coordination environment, contributing to governance and structured execution
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and dashboards


To stand out for this role you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Familiarity with project portfolio management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Power BI
  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks, with the ability to track and communicate project performance
  • Experience working within retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environments, with an appreciation for operational dynamics
  • Exposure to collaborating with geographically distributed teams, demonstrating effective communication and coordination across multiple locationsTop of Form
