As a PMO Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the organisation’s project governance, delivery frameworks and operational structure across a diverse portfolio of programmes and initiatives. Working closely with project managers, stakeholders and leadership teams, you will drive consistency in project standards, enhance reporting accuracy and enable effective prioritisation to ensure strategic objectives are delivered efficiently.
This role combines coordination, process optimisation and data-driven insight, ensuring project information is reliable, timelines are effectively managed and governance practices are consistently applied. You will contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes while supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives across a fast-paced, global business environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the governance and delivery framework for projects and programmes across the organisation, helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will maintain and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are effectively tracked and aligned to strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for producing and managing regular reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and KPIs, providing clear visibility of project performance. This includes tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across programmes, and ensuring that project documentation is maintained in line with established PMO standards.
