Thorp Table Bay is looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the BDC and CRM team.

As the first point of contact for customers, this role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong telephone etiquette and a passion for creating a positive dealership experience.

Requirements:
✔ Matric or Grade 12 equivalent
✔ Previous switchboard or reception operator experience
✔ Motor industry experience advantageous
✔ Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
✔ Strong customer service focus
✔ Confident, well-groomed and professional presentation
✔ Computer literacy, including MS Office and Outlook
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities include:
Answering and routing incoming calls
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Taking accurate messages and directing enquiries
Handling customer questions about dealership services
Maintaining staff contact and extension lists
Supporting reception and administrative duties
Upholding the dealership’s professional image at all times
