We have partnered with a global aerospace company to recruit an experienced Regional Accounting Manager to join their Group Finance team.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity, reporting directly to the Group CFO, with responsibility for accounting, finance, audit, tax and administrative support across international operations in the UAE, India, Ireland and USA.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the regional shared-services function, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting, and driving consistency, efficiency and scalability across multiple international entities.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
✔ CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification strongly preferred
✔ 8+ years’ progressive accounting and finance experience
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or shared-services leadership role
✔ Experience within a multi-entity or international organisation
✔ Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, treasury, tax and audit
✔ Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
✔ Experience with modern ERP/accounting systems and ERP implementation
✔ Proven experience preparing Board-level and senior management reporting
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Prior international experience highly desirable
✔ Aerospace, aviation, leasing or asset-management experience would be a significant advantage
✔ Ability to travel internationally is mandatory
