Ruby on Rails Developer

A South African geospatial technology and mapping platform that helps organisations use location-based data to make informed decisions is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer. Please note that this role has a remote working model.

Skills Required
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in web development, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience working with ReactJS for front-end development
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including JavaScript and Bootstrap
• Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments
• Exposure to Selenium or other automated testing tools is advantageous
• Understanding of financial processes will be considered a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
