Sales Appointment Setter

We’re a fast-growing HVAC Marketing & AI Agency helping HVAC business owners scale using modern marketing, automation, and AI-driven systems. As we expand, we’re hiring a driven Outbound Appointment Setter who thrives in sales and outbound calls

Appointment Setting 

• Follow up with inbound leads via SMS, email, and DMs
• Qualify prospects using scripts and frameworks
• Book calls directly through GoHighLevel scheduling
• Manage pipelines and lead lists inside GHL
• Use Wavv Dialer for outbound calls & follow-ups
• Hit weekly booking and performance KPIs

Tech Stack You’ll Use

• GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, automations, internal communication & client channels
• Zoom - check-ins, support calls, onboarding
• WAVV Dialer – outbound calling & follow-up
• Experience with these tools is a strong plus.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
• Bonus if you’ve worked in high ticket sales, digital marketing, or HVAC/home services
