We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing insurtech business transforming contractor and SME insurance through an AI-powered platform.


This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where you’ll generate new business opportunities, build pipeline and connect with recruitment firms, MSPs and workforce platforms.


What you’ll be doing:

Cold calling, email & LinkedIn prospecting

Building and qualifying sales pipelines

Targeting recruitment firms, MSPs, payroll providers & workforce platforms

Booking qualified meetings for senior sales and partnerships teams

Engaging recruitment, compliance & operations decision-makers

Introducing an AI-powered insurance & compliance platform

Managing activity, pipeline & conversion metrics through CRM


We’re looking for someone with:

1–3 years’ B2B sales, SDR, BDR or recruitment experience

Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills

A target-driven, commercially minded approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with LinkedIn and CRM systems

SaaS, recruitment technology, insurance or fintech experience is advantageous
