We’re a lean agency looking for motivated Sales Support Representatives to help land our first clients and grow the business.
Role Overview
This is a commission-only role (30%). You will work directly with the team to:
Find and reach out to potential clients (social media, email, LinkedIn)
Assist in delivering mini-audits and presenting growth strategies
Support closing deals and onboarding new clients
Contribute to improving outreach and messaging
You will not receive a base salary—your earnings depend entirely on results.
Requirements
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Comfortable with outreach and client conversations
Confident in pitching and closing deals (or learning fast)
No prior experience required, but persistence and energy are essential
Interest in digital marketing is a plus
