SAP Finance professional

CyberPro Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP Finance professional who knows their way around Asset Accounting, Project Systems and Inventory Management and enjoys solving complex financial and SAP challenges.
This is a hands-on opportunity to help clean up existing SAP backlogs, strengthen financial controls and prepare the environment for the move towards S/4HANA.

What you'll be working on
You'll play a key role in:
• Clearing Asset Under Construction (AUC) backlogs and reviewing WBS projects
• Managing SAP FI-AA master data, transactions and depreciation
• Handling asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, impairments and revaluations
• Managing SAP Project Systems (PS) including WBS, budgets, settlements and project costs
• Reconciling FI-AA and Inventory with the General Ledger
• Supporting fixed asset registers, audit schedules and year-end controls
• Reviewing MM-IM processes including goods movements, transfers and inventory adjustments
• Identifying process and people improvements ahead of S/4HANA implementation
• Contributing to Fixed Asset Policy development, reporting and user training

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with:
3–5 years' experience in financial management
Strong hands-on SAP FI-AA / Asset Accounting experience
Exposure to SAP Project Systems (PS) and WBS
Experience with Assets Under Construction (AUC) and project settlement
Good understanding of SAP MM-IM / Inventory Management
Strong reconciliation, reporting and financial control skills
Experience supporting audits and year-end activities
A relevant tertiary qualification — BCom Accounting / Honours advantageous
