Secondary Agriscience Teacher

The Laingsburg Community School District serves the city of Laingsburg as well as several surrounding townships—a vibrant rural area of mid-Michigan. Preferred Qualifications

• Proper teacher certification (HX) or able to qualify for certification and/or an annual career authorization for General Agriculture (01.0000) in the State of Michigan.
• Knowledge of and commitment to the use of best practices as supported by research.
• Establish effective relationships with students and model respect for and acceptance of all persons in the school setting.
• Collaborate with parents, community, and staff members.
• Maintain professional ethics and responsibilities, including participation in the total school program, curriculum development, and building committees.
