Key Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of high-volume control room experience (at least 3 years in management).
• PSIRA Grade A (Essential) + specialized CCTV & Control Room Management certification.
• Proven proficiency in VMS platforms (Milestone, HikCentral, Gallagher) and MS Office.
• Strong high-pressure resilience, crisis management, and leadership focus.
