Are you a Process Engineer with a passion for driving digital transformation, improving software delivery processes, and creating measurable business value?
We're looking for a highly experienced professional to join a leading organisation and play a critical role in transforming the way technology solutions are delivered and supported.

What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Optimising and redesigning business and IT processes
✅ Driving digital transformation and modernisation initiatives
✅ Supporting DevOps, CI/CD, Agile and automation-related improvements
✅ Developing future-state process models and operating procedures
✅ Partnering with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders
✅ Embedding governance, risk management, and quality controls into process design
✅ Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance delivery outcomes

What We're Looking For:
✅Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Mandatory)
✅8+ years' experience in:
✅Process Engineering
✅Continuous Improvement
✅IT / Software Development environments
✅Change Management

Strong knowledge of:
✅SDLC and software delivery processes
✅Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
✅Business Process Management
✅Digital Transformation
✅DevOps and Agile environments
✅Process Modelling and Optimisation
✅Data-driven decision making

Key Attributes:
✔ Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities
