SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER

We are Hiring: SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER: Sandton

A leading global group operating across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager: Enablement to drive procurement transformation, technology integration, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy: Lead regional procurement programs, driving the shift from current state to future state. Implement and optimize P2P technology, automation, and ERP systems.
Benefits Realization: Deliver sustainable savings and value creation through cost-reduction strategies, buying channel analysis, supplier consolidation, and VAVE initiatives.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of Procurement Business Analysts across sourcing, market research, pricing negotiations, and cost-benefit analysis.
Contract SRM: Oversee the full contract lifecycle, maintain repository tracking, execute vendor audits, and manage supplier performance and SLAs
Governance BBBEE: Ensure strict P2P transactional integrity, statutory compliance, and alignment with BBBEE preferential procurement targets and supplier development plans.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. (MCIPS, PMP, SCMP, or MBA highly advantageous).
Leadership Experience: 8-10+ years in senior procurement leadership within a large corporate environment, interfacing with Exco/Board level.
10+ years managing and leading procurement/finance teams.

Core Competencies: Proven experience leading large-scale procurement transformation, change management, and advanced analytics.
Strong expertise in P2P systems, vendor management, BBBEE codes, and agile project execution.
