Our client is a growing international Tech recruitment business supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and the United States. They're looking for a commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team and play a key role in their continued growth.

🔹 Source niche tech talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
🔹 Work with international clients across specialist technology markets

✅ 3+ years recruitment experience
✅ Proven billing track record
✅ Experience within Technology, Digital, IT, Software, Data, Cyber Security, or other specialist recruitment sectors
✅ Strong business development and client management skills
✅ Comfortable working towards revenue targets and KPIs
