Were looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Engineer to take ownership of complex telephony environments within a leading Cloud CX / SaaS technology business.

THE MUST-HAVES:
✔️ 4–8+ years telephony engineering experience
✔️ Hands-on Session Border Controller (SBC) experience in production – configuration, troubleshooting and support (essential!)
✔️ Strong VoIP, PBX, SIP and telephony infrastructure expertise
✔️ Proven ability to own technical subsystems end-to-end
✔️ Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading complex technical solutions

BONUS POINTS: Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Linux, Asterisk, SQL, virtualisation or ProSBC experience.
