🚨 HIRING - Senior Transport Engineer - Bloemfontein

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to play a key role in delivering transport planning and traffic engineering projects from their Bloemfontein office. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and project management capabilities to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
 
Requirements:
▪️ Registered as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist with ECSA.
▪️ At least 7 years of relevant experience in transport planning and traffic engineering.
▪️ Strong knowledge of Traffic Impact Assessments, transport planning studies, policy development, and technical reporting.
▪️ Working knowledge of transport modelling and traffic analysis software such as ArcGIS, EMME, Sidra, Visum, Vissim, Transyt, Saturn, or HTM is advantageous.
▪️ Experience using Microsoft Office with exposure to Python programming.
▪️ Understanding of transport economics will be beneficial.
▪️ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
▪️ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
