A leading and fast-growing financial services organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Worksite Development Manager to join their Cape Town team.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in worksite development, payroll deduction environments, strategic partnerships, and corporate relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new worksite opportunities
• Build relationships with HR, payroll, finance, and union stakeholders
• Drive strategic business development initiatives
• Support adviser productivity through quality worksite access
• Develop and manage high-value pipelines
• Negotiate and secure payroll deduction opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to activate new worksites
Minimum Requirements:
• 7–10 years’ experience in worksite development, distribution, or financial services business development
• Proven ability to open and manage worksite opportunities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Experience within payroll deduction or stop-order environments advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• RE5 advantageous
