What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support, service coordination, or call centre environment (essential).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult or high-pressure situations with empathy and composure.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A highly organized, customer-first mindset where nothing gets left to slip through the cracks.
• Matric certificate minimum; must be based in or able to commute to our Durban office.
