Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and installation teams

• Coordinate cabinetry and joinery installations according to the project programme

• Manage installers, labour and subcontractors on site

• Coordinate deliveries, material movement and installation areas

• Monitor quality and ensure work is completed to Elevation Worx standards

• Attend site and coordination meetings

• Track progress against programme and report delays or site constraints

• Coordinate with the main contractor and other trades

• Ensure snagging and remedial work is closed out efficiently

• Maintain site records and daily progress reporting

• Work closely with the Elevation Worx project and production teams

Requirements:

• Previous site management experience in cabinetry, joinery, shopfitting or construction

• Strong understanding of installation and construction environments

• Ability to manage multiple installation teams

• Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read drawings and understand installation details

• Strong focus on quality, deadlines and accountability

• Cape Town based or able to work full-time in Cape Town for the duration of the project

Experience managing large residential or multi-unit cabinetry projects will be a strong advantage.
